Tune into 104.1 FM WDYO to listen to Nashville’s only worker-powered radio station! In Summer 2017, thanks to over $11,000 of community donations, we built out a fully-functional studio. Here, working-class DJs share information about social justice issues, host radio shows, interview local and national freedom fighters, and broadcast music from around the world.

FROM THE AIRWAVES TO THE STREETS

Not only are our DJs trained in the ins and outs of running a low-fi radio station, they also organize Block Parties (Control Remoto) across Nashville. We’ve partnered with Bang for Liberation, Son Jarocho groups, Metro Nashville Arts Commission and others to bring our communities together over music, food, and fun.
